Heat is definitely generated from HIIT and functional training such as CrossFit is a great way to get it done! All of CrossFit training is timed and some rounds are more intense than others. When "HIIT or "High Intensity Interval Training" is the objective then it can get down right spicy! More on this later! ~Clark
